We recently had the pleasure of organizing a corporate seminar in Montpellier for a Paris-based team seeking meaning, disconnection and strong moments to share.

Day 1: A seamless arrival.
Participants arrived by train in the early evening. To ensure maximum comfort from the start, we had reserved a high-quality hotel just steps from the station. A strategic choice to avoid lengthy transfers and allow each guest to settle in calmly before the program officially began.
Day 2: Private regatta, beachfront brunch and dinner under the stars.
The seminar began in earnest on the water, with a private regatta led by professional sailors. It was an ideal team-building activity, offering a balance of energy and escape in the setting of the Mediterranean Sea.
Sails down, guests stepped onto a private beach terrace where a generous brunch awaited them. With toes in the sand and the breeze in the air, the atmosphere was both casual and effortlessly chic — perfect for open conversation and letting go.
Later, the experience shifted to the Saint-Loup estate for a refined tasting experience and a guided immersion into the art of winemaking. It was a return to authenticity, in a setting where every detail whispered elegance and calm.
As twilight descended, the vineyard came alive. Beneath a canopy of string lights, a long table was set for a private dinner — intimate, festive and unforgettable. Gourmet cuisine, crafted cocktails and a relaxed, elevated mood set the tone.

Day 3: Exploring Montpellier, team challenges and outdoor adventure.
On their final day, participants explored Montpellier through an immersive urban challenge.
Divided into teams, they followed a route marked by interactive checkpoints: iconic city landmarks, photo missions, and cultural or recreational challenges — all facilitated by professional hosts.
A dynamic and original way to discover the city while fostering team spirit, collaboration and positive competition.
At midday, the group headed to a traditional village nearby for a relaxed, authentic lunch in a charming and picturesque setting.
In the afternoon, it was time for a personal challenge. Each participant chose their own aquatic activity — hydrospeed, canyoning or canorafting — depending on their comfort level. A high-energy highlight of the seminar, combining adrenaline, self-discovery and team cohesion.
An unforgettable closing evening.
After a short break at the hotel, the closing evening took place on a panoramic rooftop overlooking Montpellier.
Cocktails, gourmet bites and a DJ set accompanied the sunset over the city, bringing the experience to a stylish and memorable close.
